1980 Paul has been working with children, adolescents, individuals and couples in various clinical and private practice settings.
Currently his private practice includes therapy with individuals experiencing depression, anxiety, anger and self-esteem issues.
Paul has extensive experience working particularly with males, both heterosexual and homosexual, who have difficulty maintaining
lasting and satisfying relationships, as well as, a strong interest in adolescents and helping them transition into becoming
healthy adults.

Definitions
Psychologist—A
psychologist is a professional trained to assess, diagnose, and treat problems. Psychologists are trained to understand behaviors,
thoughts, and feelings and to help individuals develop new patterns of behaving, thinking, and feeling.
Psychoanalyst—A
psycholanalyst is trained under the auspices of the American Psychoanalytic Association and have had rigours and extensive
clinical education. Candidates can be physicians, psychologist, social workers or hold a clinical masters degree in a mental
health field. All accepted candidates, whatever their background, then begin at least four years of psychoanalytic training
consisting of three parts. candidates attend classes in psychoanalytic theory and technique. They undergo a personal analysis.
And they conduct the psychoanalysis of at least three patients under the close and extended supervision of an experienced
analyst.
